Today’s video has the single most important belief that you can tell yourself. Out of the thousands of people I have worked with the opposite to this belief is the biggest hurdle they have to overcome. Change one thought and your entire world will change. Change many thoughts and you become unstoppable.

THERE IS POWER IN REPETITION

This is the good news and the bad news.

The power of repetition also applies to bad habits and negative thinking as much as it applies to new positive habits. The reason most people have problems is because they have repeatedly done something unhealthy or negative. There is power in repetition.

If you repeat something enough times it seems hard to break the pattern. If you think a certain negative thought over and over, like ‘I don’t have time’ or ‘I’ll do it later’ it is easy to keep repeating it and believing it.

If you tell yourself, you are not good enough or you don’t deserve it, you will feel the way that thought makes you feel.

One habit at a time you can start to make little changes. This is the key to creating a lasting healthy lifestyle.

MOVEMENT

Incidental activity is one of the real keys to improving health, feeling good and burning the fat.

Remind yourself to get up and move as much as possible. Even if it is just for a few minutes every 30-60 minutes. Avoid sitting around for extended periods. There is power in repetition.

Your mantra for today is, ‘I am good enough.’ Tell yourself this over and over and over again. There is power in repetition.
